Call Schedule
Show Me
The Call Schedule screen displays the Call Types on the left side
of the screen. An unlimited number of Call Types can be created and assigned to each sub-group.
Call is assigned by dragging the provider's name from the list of available Call personnel and dropping it on the schedule in the desired position. After the Call is assigned, the provider's name appears in the bar next to the Call Type for the assigned day.
Calls will appear on the daily Case Schedule near the provider's name. A Call Schedule showing an entire month can also be printed.
