OVERVIEW
Snap Scheduling for Anesthesia is a resource based scheduling system. Its design allows for easy visual awareness using color and graphical symbols. Schedulers will appreciate how easy it is to move cases and arrange a schedule.

The system can accommodate multiple provider groups. So weather you're a medical billing company scheduling for several independent anesthesia groups or a large anesthesia group with several divisions Snap Scheduling for Anesthesia was designed with you in mind. And for each group or division any number of sub-groups can be setup. Sub-groups provide for further grouping of providers within a group or division.

Snap Scheduling for Anesthesia goes beyond surgical case scheduling with integrated Vacation, Meeting and Call scheduling. By simply pressing a button on the Quick Command bar you switch from Case Schedule to Call, Vacation or the Meeting Schedule. All of the schedules are integrated into one schedule that's easily printed or emailed at the end of the day with a simple press of a button. Last minute changes are easy to accommodate. Just change the case or cases affected and reprint the schedule. It's so much easier and so much more accurate than doing it manually. The built in conflict alerts makes sure anesthesiologists are not sent to a hospital they don't have privileges at or sent to a case being done by a surgeon they prefer not to work with.
