Snap Scheduling for Anesthesia has many tools to help with your scheduling tasks. The Search tool, for instance, allows you to search for Cases by specifying one or more search parameters. You can browse the results or
click on a result record and go right to the Case record. You can also print the results or export them to a Microsoft Excel compatible file.
With the Block Scheduler you can reserve blocks of time for a surgeon or facility. This tool lets you assign time, for instance, to a provider to work
with a particular surgeon on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the next three weeks.

The Information Panel contains even more tools such as the Advisor panel. The Advisor Panel keeps you informed with notes on the surgeon, facility and insurance for Cases just by clicking on the Case. It also informs you about any conflicts and warnings associated with a particular Case.
The Case Confirmation tools give you the ability to confirm cases with the surgeon's and / or the facility. Confirming Cases is as simple as going down a list and checking a box indicating that the Case has been confirmed.
